First you have to play them for a while, then they create a config.dat file in somewhere My documents or where the game is installed. Then you need such a software called 'Decompress Config' (google it!) which enables to edit these config files in notepad. Then you change: config.IsFullscreen = 1 and config.RunUnfocused = 0 to 0 and 1 and save the file. Works for all of Children of the Nile, Ceasar IV, Imperium Romanum and CivCity Rome.
